As technology continues to advance, we hear more and more about Cyberbullying. Let's dive into this virtual world on Thursday, October 15th. We are excited to welcome Special Agent Sarah Lue with the GBI (Georgia Crime Center) as well as Assistant District Attorney Emily Puhala with Eastern Judicial Circuit as our speakers for this session.

What To Expect:
This webinar will feature updates on Cyberbullying in 2020, including avenues of prosecution, non-criminal Cyberbullying, and case studies. An emphasis will be placed on the role of technology and digital communications, as well as Cyberbullying in the educational arena.

**CLE Credit: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. The rule on a typical year has a six hour maximum on CLE credits. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. The Supreme Court of Georgia has allowed ALL 2020 CLE hours to be completed by approved in-house or distance learning seminars.
