Record Restrictions - Webinar
Friday, February 12, 2021 starting at 10AM

Record Restrictions | November 12 from 10AM – 11:30AM

PAC is pleased to have Mr. Gary Bergman present this 1.5 hour training on record restrictions. SB 288 is a records restriction bill that was signed by the Governor into law. SB 288 makes many changes to the records restriction law (OCGA 35-3-37). This training will cover those changes as well as related topics like first offender record restriction and conditional discharge record restriction, the latter also changed by SB 288. The changes in the law will take effect January 1, 2021, and will be retroactive.

You will earn 1.5 CLE hours. No POST or Advocate credit hours. If you are requesting CLE hours, there will be a charge. The amount is listed on the CLE form. Please submit the CLE form and a check to PAC. We will provide every attendee a CLE form.
