Additional Event Information

We are excited to continue our PAC's Practical Guide to Prosecution Series with Mr. Jason Samuels, Senior Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor for PAC! He will be giving an informative webinar regarding The Georgia DUI on Monday, February 8th at 1PM via Zoom.

What to expect from this webinar:
During this hour, we will discuss the basic framework of Georgia DUI investigation and prosecution – from violation to verdict – with a focus on the team effort that must exist between police and prosecutors to keep our roads and our citizens safe through the thorough and just investigation and prosecution of DUI violators.

CLE & POST credits Available! Forms will be provided the morning of the training.

**CLE Credit: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. The rule on a typical year has a six hour maximum on CLE credits. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. We have not received an update on how many CLEs can be earned through in-house or distance learning seminars.

**POST Credit: In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call. You must sign in with your first and last name.

**Advocate Credit: Unfortunately, this webinar does not qualify for Advocate credit.
