PAC's Practical Guide to Prosecution: Appellate Rules and Procedures
Rebroadcasting scheduled for Wednesday, February 24th at 10am

Description of Training:

This will be a rebroadcasting of a previous webinar! Back by popular request, we all need to know them, but we never seem to know them until we need them. In this webinar, we'll do a high-level review of Georgia's appellate rules and procedures. At the end of the hour, attendees will have a better idea of where to look the next time they face a need-to-know situation on appeal.

Speaking on this topic will be the Honorable Todd Hayes, Solicitor-General of Cherokee County.

CLE/POST/Advocate Credit
CLE: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. If you are requesting CLE hours, there is a $4 charge. Please mail the CLE form and the check to PAC. A copy of the CLE form will be provided in your email confirmation.

POST: Unfortunately POST credit is not available for this course. You are welcome to attend, but you will not receive credit.

Advocate: Unfortunately this topic does not apply to victim services, therefore no credit is available. We will not be able to issue a certificate. You are welcome to attend, but you will not receive credit.
