Lieutenant Colonel David Rittgers with the United States Military Academy will join us to discuss Strangulation.

What to expect from this webinar: Strangulation in domestic violence cases present unique challenges to investigating officers and prosecutors. This class focuses on the importance of training first responders in how to respond to domestic violence incidents, timely investigation, and using lethality risk assessments when interviewing domestic violence victims.


CLE, POST, & Advocate Available! Forms will be provided the morning of the training.

**CLE Credit: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. The rule on a typical year has a six hour maximum on CLE credits. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. We have not received an update on how many CLEs can be earned through in-house or distance learning seminars for 2021. The deadline to submit 2020 hours is May 2021.

**POST Credit: In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call. You must sign in with your first and last name.
