Mini Basic Litigation is back for year two! As you can guess from the title, this course is a condensed version of our Basic Litigation Boot Camp we offer annually in June. Our focus is to provide lectures and demonstrations along with built in time to break into groups and dive into practical tips and solutions to assist one with trial preparation.

This course is open to attorneys that are new to the prosecution community with about 3 to 5 years of experience. If you have more than 5 years of experience as an attorney and feel this course would be beneficial as a new prosecutor, you may register to attend.

Opening Statements & Total Trial Concepts
Direct and Cross Examination
Evidence Issues
Voir Dire
Closing Arguments

Reimbursements are available for prosecutors within a district attorney's office. Reimbursements for other agencies are not available.

Registration Fee
The registration fee for this course is $100.00. 

There will be at least 8 hours of CLE credits offered for this training course including trial hours. There is a fee for CLE credits. This cost will be included on the CLE form you receive the morning of the training. Please be advised, PAC does not reimburse or pay for CLE fees for attending this training.

No POST or Victim Advocate credit available for this course.
