Traffic Safety Conference Virtual Webinar: Web Based Training
Course Information
The fourth annual PDAI Traffic Safety Conference is a unique opportunity for both police officers and prosecutors throughout the Commonwealth. It will provide a team-based approach to investigating and prosecuting a variety of traffic crime cases. A panel of well-qualified, engaging speakers will present on current topics of interest to both police and prosecutors. Of particular note, the conference will include a presentation by a pharmacist from a medical marijuana dispensary and a presentation by prosecutors who have handled Frye hearings on admissibility of testimony by DREs. Presenters will draw upon their collective decades of experience in the criminal justice system in providing you up-to-date, insightful information.

How to Watch
Once you complete registration for this web based training, an email will be sent to you with your CLE form, course materials and a link to watch the video at your leisure. Once you have watched the video, please email your completed CLE form to pdaa@pdaa.org as soon as possible. Please refer to the CLE Form Submission Dates at the bottom of this page to view each month's CLE form deadlines. Please do not wait until the last day to watch the video. Too many people watching the video at one time will slow the video and affect the quality of your viewing experience. The link to the video will be disabled on the morning of December 17, 2021.

This web based training is worth 3 substantive CLE credits and 1 ethics credit. You must watch the entire presentation to receive credit. Partial credit will not be given. To receive credit you must email your completed CLE form to pdaa@pdaa.org.
A complete CLE form will have the following information:
- PA Bar ID #
- County/Agency Name
- Full Name
- Signature
- Date You Watched the Video
- 3 Code Words
Credit will not be given if the above requirements are not met.
CLE Form Submission Dates
