The Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Investigations training will provide an overview of Chapter 57 including case law, investigative techniques and how to present consensuals, trackers, ping/pen registers and nonconsensuals in court.

Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 30, 2021. Substitute attendees, however, are permissible at any time.
Course Materials
Course materials will be emailed prior to the course giving attendees an opportunity to print or download the materials. A thumb drive with the materials will be provided at registration.
