Course Description

With the increased use of ignition interlock devices as part of DUI sentences, law enforcement officers and prosecutors are encountering more ignition interlock limited licenses and ignition interlock violations. This webinar will break down the changes in the suspension period and interlock eligibility for DUI offenders, discuss effective strategies for investigation and prosecution of ignition interlock violations.
