This conference is only open to members of the PDAA. All other law enforcement personnel will be allowed to register on a case by case basis. The Bellevue Hotel COVID Vaccination Policy
Starting January 17th, Philadelphia's new city-wide vaccination mandate will go into full effect. Under the new rules, to eat indoors at any Philadelphia restaurant or business that serves food or to attend an event at a city venue such as The Bellevue Hotel, attendees and vendors must show photo ID and proof of vaccination. PDAA staff will be checking proof of vaccination status and ID's at the door/entrance at each event. Masks will not be required in the meeting space or vendor area, but are still required in all other public spaces of the hotel. No vaccination exemptions of any kind will be allowed at the 2022 Mid Winter Meeting.
Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before January 14, 2022 will be refunded the full registration fee. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after January 14, 2022; however, substitutions are permissible.
Accommodations
A block of single and double-occupancy rooms has been reserved for the convenience of our attendees at the rate of $168.00+ tax per night. The deadline for room reservations is January 7, 2022. Reservations can be made directly with the The Bellevue Hotel by calling 1-888-421-1442. Don’t forget to mention our conference to receive the group room rate! You can also make your room reservations online here. After 5:00 p.m. on January 7, The Bellevue Hotel will accept reservation requests based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.

Parking
Parking is available for a fee in the garage adjacent to the hotel, which is attached to the first floor of the hotel by sky bridge. Parking for overnight guests is $40 for self parking and $53 for overnight valet parking.
CLE
Training on February 9 is worth 2.5 substantive and 2.5 ethics credits. Training on February 10 is worth 4 substantive credits and 1 ethics credit.
