Back by popular demand! The Immigration Services for Victims of Crime Topical Training offered last year sold out in a short period of time. This year’s presentation will give an overview of immigration services for victims of crime and how to provide coordinated comprehensive services. This presentation will also cover the U visa, T visa (sexual-based), and will help define and recognize trafficking. This will include a focus on labor trafficking and temporary guest worker programs and avenues of relief for labor trafficking victims.
HIAS PA is a non-profit agency that provides legal, resettlement, citizenship, and supportive services to immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers from all backgrounds in order to ensure their fair treatment and full integration into American society. HIAS Pennsylvania advocates for just and inclusive practices.  From their first steps on American soil to the oath of citizenship, HIAS Pennsylvania helps immigrants navigate the complexities of American society and its legal system. Our work across spans legal, social support, and citizenship services. We also advocate for immigrant issues and rights and educate the community about immigration.
