Course Description

Procedural Justice 101

Speaker: Emily LaGratta, Esquire - LaGratta Consulting, LLC

This presentation will define the core elements of procedural justice, discuss why procedural justice matters, highlight specific examples of procedural justice that you can implement, and discuss how implementation will improve public trust and yield better results. The themes of this presentation will re-occur throughout the remainder of presentations that are a part of this series.

Criminal Justice Policy Briefing

This presentation will provide an up-to-date policy briefing on what is happening around the country and in Pennsylvania in the world of criminal justice law and policy. The presentation will help enhance your understanding of the pressing criminal justice issues and how groups, including prosecutors, have been involved.

Once you have watched the video, please email your completed CLE form to no later than June 20, 2022. The link to the video will be disabled on the morning of June 21, 2022.


This webinar is worth 1 ethics and 1 substantive CLE credit. You must watch the entire presentation to receive credit. Partial credit will not be given. To receive credit you must email your completed CLE form to pdaa@pdaa.orgPaper forms sent via mail will no longer be accepted.

A complete CLE form will have the following information:

  1. PA Bar ID #
  2. County/Agency Name
  3. Full Name
  4. Signature (can be electronic)
  5. Date You Watched the Video (If you watched the video over the course of several days, please list the date you finished watching.)
  6. 3 Code Words

Additional Requirements:

  • Acceptable electronic CLE forms are either a high-quality PDF scan, a PDF filled out electronically or a high-quality picture with all edges of the form clearly visible.
  • All electronic CLE forms must have the last name of the person requesting CLE credit along with the title of the course in the file name. Abbreviations of the course title are acceptable.
  • All electronic CLE forms must be sent separately with the course title in the subject line. PDFs with multiple forms from different courses will NOT be accepted.
  • All electronic CLE forms must be sent as attachments and are not to be included in the body of the email.

Credit will not be given if the above requirements are not met.

CLE Form Submission Dates

CLE forms will be collected and submitted once per month. Deadlines for CLE forms are as follows:

  • February 25, 2022
  • March 25, 2022
  • April 22, 2022
  • May 20, 2022
  • June 20, 2022

If you have a compliance date within the deadlines listed above, please be sure to submit your CLE forms the month PRIOR to your compliance date in order for them to be submitted on time.
