Accommodations
A block of double-occupancy rooms has been reserved for the convenience of our attendees at the rate of $255+tax per night. The group rate includes one night’s lodging and one complimentary breakfast for the following morning. Lodging for children of age 17 and younger is complimentary when staying in the same room with parents.
The deadline for room reservations is June 3, 2022. All room reservations must be made directly with the Omni Bedford Springs at 1-800-THE-OMNI. Please mention the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association’s room block code, 071022PADISTRIC, to receive the group rate.
Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before June 24, 2022 will be refunded the full registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 24; however, substitutions are permissible.
What Does Each Package Include?
PDAA Member
The Full Meeting option includes educational materials, CLE credits, golf, hospitality, Welcome Reception, dinner Monday and Tuesday and the President’s Reception, Banquet and hospitality on Wednesday night.
The One-Day option for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday includes the educational materials for that day, CLE credits (if applicable), golf (if applicable), hospitality (if applicable) and the evening
meal.
The Wednesday CLE Only option includes educational materials and CLE credits only.
The Banquet Only option includes the President’s Reception, Closing Banquet and hospitality.
Guest of PDAA Member
The Full Meeting option includes the Welcome Reception, hospitality, dinner Monday and Tuesday and the President’s Reception, Banquet and hospitality on Wednesday night.
The One-Day option for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday includes hospitality (if applicable), and the evening meal.
If a guest wishes to golf, it is an extra charge of $140 per outing.
Children of PDAA Member
The Full Meeting option includes the Welcome Reception, and dinner on Monday and Tuesday nights.
The One-Day option for Monday or Tuesday includes the evening meal.
Course Materials
Course materials will be emailed prior to the course giving attendees an opportunity to print or download the materials. A thumb drive with the materials will be provided at registration.
CLE
The two educational courses offer a total of 5 Substantive CLE Credits and 1 Ethics CLE Credit.
