Roadside Search and Seizure
With the massive influx of fentanyl onto our streets, the ever-present dangers of human trafficking, and the recent increase in highway fatalities, roadside search and seizure is more important than ever. This course focuses on bringing prosecutors and law enforcement up to date on current search and seizure case law, refreshing fundamental concepts and developing best practices for assisting and working with law enforcement. All with an eye toward winning suppression hearings and keeping our communities safe for all.
