Leadership Training for Prosecutors
Course Information
Managing the prosecutor’s office can be overwhelming. If the issues you face include fewer office staff; employee morale issues; media scrutiny; working with your legislators and defense bar; ethical issues and professional responsibility, then this is an essential course for you. FEATURED TOPIC! Retention and Recruiting
Partners from public sector leadership consultancy VSV Leadership will present on organizational design principles that can help deepen motivation and commitment in prosecutors and staff as a pathway to addressing current retention and recruiting challenges. The presentation will describe helpful conceptual models for thinking about prosecutor and staff motivation and share tactics used by practitioners around the country to better tailor retention and recruiting strategies to each local jurisdiction’s current challenges.
Registration
Registration for this conference is restricted to prosecutors currently employed in Pennsylvania by a county district attorney’s office or the Office of Attorney General. The PDAI reserves the right to decline registrants who do not meet the criteria. Attendance is limited to 50 prosecutors. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Accommodations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Graduate State College at the rate of $96.00 per night for single or double occupancy plus state and local taxes. The room rate is a separate charge paid directly to the Graduate State College. It is not included in the *food and beverage fee. You may make your reservations by calling the Graduate State College directly at 814-231-2100 by March 24, 2023 by 4:30 PM. Please be sure to mention the conference in order to receive the group rate.

Cancellations
Those who cancel on or before April 14, 2023 by 4:30 PM will be refunded the full fee. To cancel, please email Támara Heagy at theagy@pdaa.org. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after April 14, 2023 by 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. As always, substitutions are allowed for persons who have to cancel after the cancellation date.
