Traffic Safety Conference, Safe Streets
Course Information
With the massive influx of fentanyl onto our streets, the ever-present dangers of human trafficking, and the recent increase in highway fatalities, roadside interdiction is more important than ever. This course focuses on bringing prosecutors and officers up to date on current search and seizure case law, fundamental interdiction concepts, and developing best practices for the law enforcement team. All with an eye toward winning suppression hearings and keeping our communities safe for all. Accommodations
A block of rooms is reserved at the Graduate State College. he PDAI will pay for a single occupancy room and tax on Tuesday night, the 12th for the first 25 registrants.
Overnight stay on Monday the 11th will be at your own expense, ($104.00+tax) payable upon check-in, although the reservation will be made by PDAI. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

You can also download the flyer and return the attached form with payment to the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Institute. Class size is limited. Prepayment is required. A continental breakfast, lunch and light afternoon refreshments will be provided.
