Dan Jackson
Executive Director - NuLawLab
Northeastern University School of Law

Dan Jackson has directed the NuLawLab at Northeastern University School of Law since 2013. Dan is a 1997 graduate of Northeastern Law and a 1990 graduate of Northwestern University. He currently serves as Chair of the American Bar Association Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services. He is a co-editor of Legal Design: Dignifying People in Legal Systems, forthcoming from Cambridge University Press. Prior to joining Northeastern, Dan worked for 13 years with the law firm of Bingham McCutchen after a postgraduate clerkship at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Nathaniel A. Leabo

Nat Leabo is a third-year law student at Northeastern University and a current contributor to the NuLawLab. Prior to law school, Nat attended Vanderbilt University where he double majored in public policy and German. Since then, Nat has worked for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, the Federal Public Defender Office, and Dwyer LLC, a white-collar defense firm in Boston. Nat is currently a legal intern to Justice Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Accommodations   

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square at the rate of $136.00 per night, single or double occupancy plus state and local taxes. The room rate is a separate charge paid directly to the Sheraton. It is not included in the *food and beverage fee. Cancellations 

Those who cancel on or before February 23, 2024 by 4:30 PM will be refunded the full fee. To cancel, please email Támara Heagy at theagy@pdaa.org. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after February 23, 2024 by 4:30 PM. Those who have not paid will still be required to send payment. As always, substitutions are allowed for persons who have to cancel after the cancellation date.

CLE

Training on March 12 is worth 3.5 substantive and 1.5 ethics credits. Training on March 13 is worth 5 substantive credits.
