Cancellation & Refund
Policy: Cancellation of registration must be made before 4:30 p.m., five business days prior to the event. Substitution for personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation after August 19, 2025. The full registration fee will be forfeited if you fail to attend or cancel in a timely manner.

*Self-Parking at the hotel is $10/day/overnight covered, self-parking (south
parking garage).
*Valet parking is
available at the hotel for $25/day/overnight.
*Free of charge self-parking is available for daily parking only, in the parking deck on the north and surface lot on the south sides of Avalon’s campus.
