Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This bill permits a nonprofit organization or a licensed public or private postsecondary institution to enter into an agreement with a career and technical education district (CTED) governing board for services and facilities. 

Clarifies that the agreements must be in the form of an intergovernmental agreement or other written contract.
