    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 8-13-1361 SO AS TO REQUIRE A CANDIDATE TO OBTAIN WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE APPROPRIATE SUPERVISORY OFFICE BEFORE THE CANDIDATE MAY BE REIMBURSED FROM CAMPAIGN FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT THAT EXCEEDS FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A BONA FIDE POLITICAL EXPENDITURE OR EXPENDITURES THAT WERE ORIGINALLY PAID FROM THE CANDIDATE'S PERSONAL FUNDS.
