Summary of the bill as introduced: Allows the millage rate limitation to be suspended and millage rate increased to purchase equipment and make expenditures to improve law enforcement, fire rescue and EMS. This bill also requires a minimum salary for law enforcement and expenditures for body-worn cameras and post-traumatic stress disorder services.
