How to Apply

The good news is that the process of applying for a Trust Fund has never been easier.  You can do it online. Just read the Application Process, gather a few materials, then click on Apply Online.  If you prefer a paper application, click on PDF Format to download the application as a PDF file that can then be printed and filled out.  (If you need to, you can download the free Adobe PDF Reader.)

The bad news is that our revenues from DUI fine collections continue to decline.  At the same time, we've received more applications than ever before.  That means hard decisions must be made. And awards are most likely to go to those in vulnerable situations (e.g., at risk for institutionalization).
