Amend Article 5 of Chapter 2 of title 47.  Relating to service creditable toward retirement benefits in the Employees� Retirement System so as to provide that a member of such retirement system who was previously a member of the Georgia Judicial Retirement System and who has not withdrawn his or her employee contributions from such retirement system may elect to have contributions made by him or her or on his or her behalf transferred to the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia.
