SUMMARY:  LC 33 6307 LC 33 6391S LC 336391S/AP Permits the use of cellular telephones by school bus drivers if it is being used in a manner similar to a two-way radio to allow live communication between the driver and school officials or public safety officials.

EFFECTIVE DATE:  Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
