The bill would add vapor products to the currently required instruction on alcohol and drug use.  The State Board must prescribe a course of study in human trafficking awareness for grades 6-12, which may be included as part of the health and PE course currently required.

The revised minimum course of study prescribed by the State Board would be required to be ready for implementation no later than July 1, 2021.  Local boards would have to implement it no later than December 31, 2021.
