The November 2022 ballot would have the following ballot question if this passes by 2/3 in each chamber

Shall the Constitution of Georgia be amended so as to provide that each resident of a school district shall be entitled to claim an ad valorem tax exemption from the assessed value of the resident's homestead for school district taxes in an amount prescribed by general law if the State Board of Education adopts a resolution declaring that such school district has substantially deviated from the board's approved course curriculum? 

 

SB 327 sets the exemption at $100,000
