SUMMARY:  LC 44 1772  LC 44 2101S

The stated purpose of the bill is to prohibit state and local governments from mandating vaccine passports. 

It adds a new code section, 50-1-11, which prohibits any agency (which includes school districts) from requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination of any person as a condition of providing any service or access to a facility, issuing any license, permit, or other type of authority, or performing any duty of that agency.
