Under this bill each local school system, charter and the Department of Juvenile Justice with students in grade 11 shall select and administer, with state funding, a nationally recognized college entrance exam to the 11th graders who wish to participate. It shall be given during normal school hours and shall be system-wide (or school-wide for charters). The Department of Education shall coordinate with them on the timing of the administration.
