SUMMARY: LC 43 2251 LC 43 2271S

This is a Constitutional amendment changing the date temporary loans would have to be repaid by school districts, counties, and cities. The current deadline of December 31st would be changed to within 12 months of the initial funding of the loan.

If passed by 2/3 vote in both chambers, it would be on the November ballot.
