This bill is the "supplemental budget" bill that will change the state's budget that ends on June 30, 2011.

This is the bill that will enact the state's "big budget" that will take effect on July 1, 2012.

HB 806 provides that motor fuel tax appropriations made to the Department of Transportation that is not fully spent or contractually obligated at the end of the fiscal year to be carried over into the next fiscal year to be used to provide and maintain an adequate system of public roads and bridges.
