| Chris Dinkins is a life-long, conservative Republican leader with a proven track record of service and achievement in advancing conservative values. Born and raised in Wayne County, Missouri, Chris learned the values of hard work, faith, and community from her working-class family. She and her husband, Dave, raised their two sons on a family farm in Iron County before becoming small business owners in Reynolds County. As a small business owner, Chris knows how to balance a budget, meet payroll, and create jobs locally. She raised her boys on the family farm and saw first hand how burdensome regulations, high taxes, and unnecessary government red-tape can hinder the growth of Missouri's businesses and families.
A passionate advocate for Missouri families, Chris's father and grandfather were both Army veterans who taught her the value of service and the dignity of hard work at an early age. As a result, Chris dedicated her life to helping others. As a local public school teacher, active member of her church and the community, and currently as a State Representative she has spent most of her life working in service to others.
Chris has been honored to receive numerous accolades for her commitment to conservative principles, including the Conservative Achievement Award from CPAC/American Conservative Union, endorsements from Missouri Right to Life and the NRA in every previous election, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Legislator of the Year award, the "Friends of Agriculture" award by Missouri Farm Bureau, and recognition as a "Business Champion" by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce.
