Rep. Jon Milligan is serving his first term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 53 which includes a portion of Craighead County. For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Milligan serves on the House Revenue and Taxation Committee and the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee.
