| Howard Penny is a third-generation farmer from Harnett County. He has been in agriculture for over 50 years, both as a farmer and as an agriculture equipment salesman. Howard has served on the Harnett County School Board and has been a Harnett County Commissioner since 2016. In August of 2020, he was chosen by Harnett GOP to serve as the Republican nominee for House District 53. If elected, Howard will work to address the needs of Harnett County at the North Carolina House of Representatives and promote conservative policies and good governance. |
