WASHINGTON, DC – Reps. Kristi Noem (R-SD), Larry Kissell (D-NC), Robert Hurt (R-VA) and Leonard Boswell (D-IA) announced the introduction of a bill to prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from burdening farmers, ranchers and small business owners in rural America with additional dust regulations.
