Course Description

The program’s intent is to introduce schools to the latest Windows devices and tablets and drive preference for Microsoft in the classroom. Microsoft in the Classroom is not designed to be professional development or teacher training. 

Session 3: Unlocking Creativity in each student: Students should be given an environment in which they can work and learn naturally through multiple modalities. Maker education, design thinking, and problem-based learning provide an environment in which students of all abilities can innovate, solve real problems, and engage in content in new ways using Minecraft: Education Edition, Cracking STEM, MakeCode, Office 365 accessibility tools, Paint 3D.

This training is a Skype-only session. 

Once you have registered for the training via the Oconee RESA website, you will receive a second link directly from Microsoft. You must register for with Microsoft as well in order to take advantage of this training.

Registration Policy
Registration for courses must be received prior to the registration deadline. Your registration status will remain pending until we have received approval from your system Professional Learning Coordinator and registration fee. The registration fee must be submitted immediately. 

If you choose PERSONAL PAY as your payment method, you must submit a money order or cashier's check to pay for this class prior to the first day of class.

If you choose DISTRICT/SYSTEM PAY as your payment method, the district must submit a system check to pay for the class. Please make payable to Oconee RESA and send to address below.

Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation for any course must be received prior to the registration deadline. Registration fees are refundable only if cancellation is received before the registration deadline. Withdrawals/Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be accepted and fees will not be refundable.
