This workshop is for High School Economics teachers. The Georgia Standards of Excellence clarify many of the vague elements that were present in the Georgia Performance Standards. In addition, there are several new concepts teachers are expected to teach. In this one-day workshop, high school teachers are provided a comprehensive overview of the standards and engaging lessons in each of the five domains. There is no registration fee for this workshop, instructional materials are provided, substitute reimbursement is available, and lunch is included.
